The most important lesson my father ever taught me was the value of relationships.

I learned so much from him just tagging along when he ran errands. It didn’t matter if we went to the dry cleaners, the mechanic, or out to eat. He treated everyone like family.

At the time, I didn’t realize it, but he was putting on a master class in understanding people. I became fascinated by how he could remember the smallest of details at just the right time and the effect that had on others.

It was electric. All these years later, I still marvel at the careful attention he paid to everyone regardless of their station in life. To him, everyone was important, and everyone mattered.


This concept of putting people first has been the cornerstone of what’s now almost 50 years of operational experience.


Questions have always been at the center of our strategy. The right question at the right time produces results far greater than any lecture, class, or book.


The key to understanding people is questions, but it’s not something to be taken lightly. Careful construction, attention to detail, and most of all timing make up some of the recipes we’ve been perfecting for years.

Time and time again I’ve seen situations and problems that looked unsolvable get untangled in the blink of an eye, and every time it’s come down to the same thing.

This is easier said than done, and it’s the reason we exist.

What does the typical engagement look like?

We don’t have a one-size-fits-all menu. Typically we scope, timeline, and budget based on the proceeds of the discovery process. If you have a pressing issue, we’ll start with that first.

What’s your most popular service?

Assessments are foundational in almost every engagement. The more we understand your people, the more we can help. Nothing delivers understanding better than answers obtained by asking the right questions.

Can you send us a keynote speaker for a corporate event?

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate most speaking requests with proper notice. If travel is required, the sooner you let us know, the greater the chance we can give you a firm answer.

What if the scope grows and we need after-work?

Like any consultancy, we’re always happy to add billable hours, but there’s a good chance you might not need them. If more effort is required, we’ll communicate clearly about additional fees and timeline modifications well before we go beyond the initial scope.
